OW Resolve MEDIATE - half day, full day or multi day to address a specific existing conflict

It can be deployed for a variety of different reasons:

  • a key working relationship may have become very contentious and suffered a communication breakdown;
  • a reporting line may be heading towards a grievance and possibly a Tribunal claim;
  • a team or workplace dynamic that’s important to the business needs to address a conflict to add ‘oil to the wheels’ to enhance its potential.

OW Resolve COLLABORATE – multiple shorter conversations to prevent conflict, encourage open dialogue to alleviate workplace tension

Collaboration is the opportunity to address conflicts at an early stage, by facilitative conversation, through a third party to:

  • Define and agree roles and responsibilities in an organisation, where a project is delayed due to blurred lines in who does what and when
  • Encourage open dialogue and well-managed honesty between colleagues, where entrenched resentment is a barrier to smooth delivery and good performance
  • Build trust between key stakeholders where previous negative interactions are hard to overcome
  • Embrace diversity by allowing a voice for everyone to be heard – embrace open and honest communication on even the most sensitive of workplace matters
