Neena is also an investigative lawyer; she can undertake all aspects of internal investigations, whether related to financial misconduct or employee misconduct. She was an investigative lawyer on the Undercover Policing Inquiry, Infected Blood Inquiry and Covid Inquiry whilst at TLT Solicitors, as well as acting as an investigative lawyer at the Financial Conduct Authority.<\/p>\n<p>Neena specialises in all aspects of complex crime, having prosecuted for the Specialist Fraud Division on large fraud cases, including a 150-million-euro money laundering case, which included restraint proceedings as well as an extensive disclosure exercise concerning historic material held by HMRC. Neena also prosecuted the first film tax fraud case ( \u00a35 million) in the United Kingdom. This was a sophisticated fraud concerning 20 fake companies with multiple bogus films.
