She acted for the mother in the Court of Appeal case Re L (children) (care proceedings) 2006 3FCR 301.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jay undertakes both Private and Public Law Children cases acting for children and parents and other family members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jay also helps people in violent or abusive relationships to obtain protective injunction orders through the Courts.
